These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bebiloo, available at https://bebiloo.com, operated by AlphaBat j.d.o.o. ("Bebiloo", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using Bebiloo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use Bebiloo.

2. What Bebiloo is
Bebiloo is a baby tracking web app that helps parents and caregivers organize observations about milestones, sleep, feeding, crying, tummy time, routines, notes, and development.
Bebiloo is designed for personal informational and educational use.
3. Bebiloo is not medical advice
Bebiloo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
The content, suggestions, milestone information, and tracking features in Bebiloo are for educational and organizational purposes only.
You should always contact a pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, developmental concerns, feeding concerns, symptoms, reactions, or emergencies.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Who can use Bebiloo
You may use Bebiloo only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you can legally agree to these Terms;
- you are using Bebiloo for yourself, your child, or a child for whom you have proper permission;
- your use complies with applicable law.
Children may not create Bebiloo accounts.
5. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- keep your login details confidential;
- not share your account with unauthorized people;
- notify us if you suspect unauthorized access;
- be responsible for activity under your account;
- verify your email address before signing in, because Bebiloo requires email verification.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Bebiloo, users, or third parties.
6. Google sign-in and third-party login
Bebiloo may allow you to create or access an account using Google sign-in or another third-party login provider.
Your use of third-party login services is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Your content
"Your content" means information you enter, upload, or store in Bebiloo, including baby tracking records, notes, routines, and observations.
You keep ownership of your content.
You give us permission to process your content only as needed to:
- provide Bebiloo;
- store and display your data to you;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service;
- provide support;
- comply with law;
- enforce these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter.
8. Sensitive information
Bebiloo may allow you to enter sensitive or health-related information.
You are responsible for deciding what information to enter. Do not enter information unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable storing it in Bebiloo.
Bebiloo is not intended to store emergency medical records or replace professional healthcare systems.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Bebiloo for unlawful purposes;
- access another user's account without permission;
- attempt to copy, scrape, or extract data from Bebiloo without authorization;
- interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- upload malicious code;
- use Bebiloo to harass, harm, or exploit anyone;
- reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code except where allowed by law;
- use Bebiloo in a way that could damage, disable, or overload the service;
- enter content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
By using Bebiloo, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability
We try to keep Bebiloo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Bebiloo may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, security issues, technical problems, or events outside our control.
12. Changes to Bebiloo
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Bebiloo at any time.
We may add or remove features, change how features work, or limit access where needed for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
13. Free and paid features
Unless clearly stated otherwise, access to Bebiloo is provided under the conditions shown in the app or on the website.
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, trials, or purchases, the relevant price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be shown before purchase.
14. Intellectual property
Bebiloo, including its design, software, text, branding, logos, graphics, interface, and content, is owned by AlphaBat j.d.o.o. or its licensors.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Bebiloo or its intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Bebiloo unless we give written permission or the law allows it.
15. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
We are not required to treat feedback as confidential.
16. Third-party services and links
Bebiloo may include links to or integrations with third-party services, such as Google sign-in or analytics services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, terms, or privacy practices.
17. Disclaimers
Bebiloo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- Bebiloo will always be available;
- Bebiloo will be error-free;
- all information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your situation;
- Bebiloo will meet every user need;
- data will never be lost or corrupted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaBat j.d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Bebiloo does not replace medical advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information stored in or shown by Bebiloo.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AlphaBat j.d.o.o. harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your misuse of Bebiloo;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- content you enter into Bebiloo.
This applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Bebiloo at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your account creates security, legal, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law;
- continued access may harm Bebiloo, users, or third parties.
After termination, some sections of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
21. Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in Bebiloo. You may also request account deletion by contacting:

Account deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice in the app or updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Bebiloo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

We will try to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts in Croatia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
