This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaBat j.d.o.o. ("Bebiloo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use Bebiloo at https://bebiloo.com and related services.
Bebiloo is a baby tracking web app for parents and caregivers. It helps users organize observations about milestones, sleep, feeding, crying, tummy time, routines, notes, and development. Bebiloo is educational only and is not medical advice.

2. Who may use Bebiloo
Bebiloo is intended for adults, especially parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers.
Children must not create Bebiloo accounts. If you enter information about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission to enter and manage that information.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways.
3.1 Account information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:
- name;
- email address;
- password or authentication information;
- Google account information if you choose to sign in with Google;
- account settings;
- the country you select during onboarding;
- login, authentication, and email verification records.
3.2 Baby, pregnancy, and tracking information you enter
You may choose to enter information about a pregnancy, baby, or child, such as:
- estimated due date, pregnancy nickname, appointment notes, and symptom or mood diary entries;
- name, nickname, age, date of birth, or developmental stage;
- preterm status and original due date, when you tell us your baby was born preterm;
- milestone observations;
- sleep records;
- feeding records;
- foods tried and reactions;
- crying or colic notes;
- tummy time notes;
- vision, attachment, and development notes;
- free-text notes you choose to add.
Some information you enter may be sensitive or health-related, especially if you write about symptoms, reactions, medical concerns, feeding issues, or development concerns. Please only enter information you are comfortable storing in Bebiloo.
3.3 Support communications
If you contact us, we may collect:
- your name;
- email address;
- message content;
- screenshots or files you choose to send;
- information needed to respond to your request.
3.4 Technical and usage information
When you use Bebiloo, we may collect:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device type;
- operating system;
- general page-level usage measured by analytics;
- approximate location based on IP address;
- date and time of access;
- error logs;
- security and anti-abuse logs.
3.5 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate Bebiloo, keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, and understand how the service is used.
We also use Google Analytics, as explained below.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors and users interact with Bebiloo, improve the service, identify technical problems, and measure general usage trends.
Google Analytics may collect information such as:
- pages visited;
- interactions with the site;
- device and browser information;
- approximate location;
- referral source;
- cookies or similar identifiers;
- IP-related information.
We do not use Google Analytics to sell personal data.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out tools where available.

We use personal data for the following purposes:

We do not sell personal data.
We do not rent or trade user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
7. When we share personal data
We only share personal data when needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may share data with:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- authentication providers;
- analytics providers, including Google Analytics;
- email and support service providers;
- security, logging, and anti-abuse providers;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants;
- public authorities, if required by law.
These providers may only process data as needed to provide services to us, unless they act as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Current providers include Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Neon (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google (sign-in, Fonts, Analytics).

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms under GDPR.
9. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
In general:
- account data is kept while your account is active;
- baby and pregnancy tracking data is kept until you delete it or delete your account;
- support messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and maintain records;
- technical logs are kept for a limited period for security, debugging, and abuse prevention;
- analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings;
- data may be kept longer if required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our terms.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent;
- receive a copy of your data;
- request data portability;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
- export a copy of your baby and pregnancy account data as JSON from the Settings screen.

11. Deleting your account
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in Bebiloo. You can also request account deletion by contacting:

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data connected to your account unless we must keep certain information for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Bebiloo stores information about babies and children only when entered by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for using a strong password.
14. Medical and health-related information
Bebiloo is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or emergency service.
Information entered into Bebiloo may help you organize observations, but it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
For medical concerns, contact your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
15. Links to third-party services
Bebiloo may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as Google sign-in or Google Analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice in the app or updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Bebiloo after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
